We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@religioustextbook.com to request a return authorization before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@religioustextbook.com. We will work to make it right as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- DVDs that have been opened or removed from original shrink wrap
- Items marked as final sale
